Wilmer Madera – Director of Scouting
Wilmer Madera serves as the Director of Scouting and brings more than 20 years of experience in professional baseball scouting, player evaluation, and coaching. He is a certified scout through the Major League Baseball Scouting Bureau at the prestigious Arizona Fall League and is a former Major League Baseball scout with an extensive background in identifying and developing elite talent.
Wilmer began building his reputation as a coach in Puerto Rico’s Doble A Superior Baseball League, where his success and ability to evaluate talent led to opportunities with professional baseball organizations. He went on to serve as an international scout for the Montreal Expos and the Seattle Mariners, where he played a key role in identifying and signing numerous high-level prospects.
Throughout his career, Wilmer has earned a reputation for his exceptional ability to evaluate players’ athletic ability, baseball instincts, work ethic, and long-term potential. His extensive experience in international scouting, combined with his deep understanding of player development and the scouting process, allows him to provide accurate, comprehensive evaluations that help athletes maximize their opportunities at the collegiate and professional levels.
As Director of Scouting, Wilmer leads the organization’s scouting operations, mentors the scouting staff, and ensures that every player evaluation reflects the highest standards of professionalism, integrity, and baseball expertise. His leadership and decades of experience are invaluable assets to both the organization and the student-athletes it serves.
Jeremie Valle – Florida Crosschecker Scout/ College Advisor
Jeremie Valle is a certified baseball scout through the Major League Baseball Scouting Bureau, having completed advanced scouting training at the prestigious Arizona Fall League. A former college scout, Jeremie has been deeply involved in the game of baseball from an early age, developing a lifelong passion for the sport and a strong understanding of player evaluation and development.
As a student-athlete, Jeremie excelled both academically and athletically, demonstrating leadership on and off the field as a catcher. He competed at the NCAA collegiate level, where he gained valuable experience in high-level competition and team dynamics.
Following his playing career, Jeremie transitioned into high school coaching, where his passion for mentoring and developing young athletes naturally led him into professional scouting. He has since worked at the collegiate level as an Area Scout and College Advisor for multiple baseball organizations, helping evaluate talent and guide student-athletes through the college recruiting process.
Jeremie brings a well-rounded background that combines NCAA playing experience, coaching, scouting certification, talent evaluation, and college advisory work. His experience and dedication make him a valuable asset in identifying and evaluating talented student-athletes throughout Florida and assisting families in navigating the path to collegiate baseball opportunities.
Pablo Santiago – Florida Area Scout
Pablo Santiago is a certified baseball scout through the Sports Management Worldwide (SMWW) Scout School, where he earned certifications in Baseball General Manager and Baseball Scouting.
A lifelong student of the game, Pablo has played baseball at the travel, high school, and collegiate levels, and spent time in the Milwaukee Brewers minor league system. His extensive playing experience provides valuable insight into player development and talent evaluation.
Following his baseball career, Pablo served 22 years in the United States Army, retiring honorably in 2013 as a First Sergeant (1SG/E-8). During his distinguished military career, he was awarded the Bronze Star Medal along with numerous other military honors and commendations for his leadership and service.
Since retiring from the military, Pablo has remained actively involved in baseball. He has served as a high school assistant coach and currently works as an Automated Ball-Strike (ABS) Technician for Major League Baseball’s Minor League system, giving him firsthand experience with the latest technology and player evaluation at the professional level.
Pablo’s unique combination of playing experience, professional scouting education, military leadership, coaching, and involvement with Minor League Baseball makes him a valuable resource for identifying and evaluating talented student-athletes throughout Florida.
