CSB is a public nonprofit 501c3 organization with a no-cost student services platform, dedicated to discovering and identifying talented student-athletes, particularly those from underserved communities and economically disadvantaged backgrounds. We believe that athletic talent knows no boundaries, and every deserving student-athlete deserves the opportunity to pursue their dreams through college athletics.

Scouting and Evaluation
Our organization relies on a staff of Certified Baseball Scouts who perform rigorous, standardized evaluations to measure student-athletes across all core baseball metrics, including speed, arm strength, hitting ability, power, and defensive fielding mechanics. These technical assessments evaluate not only an athlete’s current physical tools, but also their projectable upside, game IQ, and overall readiness for high-level college competition.
To bridge the gap between players and recruitment directors, our team produces detailed evaluation reports supplemented by continuous progress follow-ups and data-driven feedback. These comprehensive profiles equip college coaches and recruiters with actionable insights regarding each prospect’s primary strengths, developmental trajectory, and academic alignment, ensuring a seamless and informed recruitment process for both the student-athlete and the university program.
College Placement and Advising
Our dedicated College Advisors provide personalized, step-by-step navigation through the often complex college recruitment and admissions pipeline. Working directly with student-athletes and their families, advisors conduct comprehensive academic and athletic fits to identify higher education institutions that align with the prospect’s career ambitions, academic standing, and athletic capabilities.
From managing collegiate eligibility requirements (including NCAA, NAIA, and NJCAA clearinghouses) to assembling polished application materials, transcripts, and recruitment portfolios, our team streamlines every phase of the application process. Advisors actively facilitate direct communication channels with university admissions offices and coaching staffs to maximize exposure. Ultimately, our mission is to demystify the recruiting landscape, empowering families with transparent insights, financial option evaluations, and strategic counsel so they can confidently make informed decisions for their athlete’s long-term educational and athletic future.
Development Baseball Events
Delivers individualized, one-on-one mentorship and technical advisory designed to grant student-athletes direct entry to official collegiate tryouts and formal evaluation events. By establishing formal synergy and active partnerships with Major League Baseball (MLB) development initiatives, scouting networks, and collegiate coaching staffs, CSB creates a continuous talent pipeline starting at an early age.
This proactive identification strategy is tailored to support exceptional prospects from underserved, rural, and economically disadvantaged backgrounds who traditionally lack access to expensive showcase circuits.
