CSB is a nonprofit public organization dedicated to discovering and identifying talented student-athletes, particularly those from underserved communities and economically disadvantaged backgrounds. We believe that athletic talent knows no boundaries, and every deserving student-athlete deserves the opportunity to pursue their dreams through college athletics. Our mission is to bridge the gap between exceptional young talent and college opportunities by providing expert guidance and support.

We offer comprehensive scouting, evaluation, and advising no-cost services designed to help student-athletes navigate the complex college recruitment process. Our experienced team works tirelessly to identify promising athletes, assess their potential, and connect them with colleges and universities that align with their athletic abilities and academic goals. Through our nonprofit efforts, we empower underserved communities and ensure that talented young athletes have equal access to life-changing educational and athletic opportunities.

Staff Members: Wilmer Madera (Scouting Director) is an ex-MLB Scout with over two decades of experience in baseball scouting and coaching. Wilmer's coaching prowess caught the attention of professional baseball organizations, leading to his certification as a Scout for the Major League Baseball Scouting Bureau (MLBSB). Then he worked for franchises like the Montreal Expos and Seattle Mariners. Drawing on his vast experience as a baseball pitcher, coach, and Scout, Wilmer possesses a keen eye for talent and a deep understanding of the intricacies of the game and scouting secrets.

Jeremie Valle (FL Crosschecker/Regional Scout) is an ex-MLB Scout who has been deeply involved in the world of sports since his early years, where he also cultivated a passion for baseball. Growing up, he excelled as a student-athlete, demonstrating natural leadership abilities on and off the field like a Catcher. He had a collegiate baseball experience in the NCAA league. Then he transitioned into coaching high school level and after a couple of years, was drawn to the opportunity to lead to his certification as a Scout for the Major League Baseball Scouting Bureau (MLBSB) in the 2015 Scout School at the Arizona Fall League. Then he worked at the college level as a scout and as a college advisor for a scouting organization.

Pablo Santiago (FL Area Scout) is an active Baseball Scout for the Sport Management Worldwide Agency. Certificate from Sports Management Worldwide in Baseball GM and Scouting. Coach Santiago has been around baseball his entire life and played on travel teams, high school, college, and a short stint with the Milwaukee Brewers minor league affiliate, including with the park league in Boston. Thereafter joining the Military and then he was honorably retired in 2013 as a Bronze Star senior enlisted, after 22 years in the Army (1SG/E8), and with numerous accolades. Since retiring, he has had the pleasure of being an assistant coach at the high school level and as an ABS tech for MLB farm leagues.
